You would believe in the digital age cookbooks could have gone completely out of style, but that doesn’t appear to be the situation. There’s something about holding that book full of cherished recipes in your hands; to get crumbs and grease staining over the web pages. Cookbooks can easily become your go-to cooking food resource for whenever your party planning, impressing a day or just cooking up something special.
This Wellness Wednesday post is a bit simpler as I’m traveling this week to some Health and Wellness Retreat in Hilton Head, South Carolina. I wanted to have a step back and give out a few of my biggest healthful cooking resources as I know the holidays are coming up and it will be gift offering time. All of the cookbooks below have inspired me to eat healthier and think about food in new forms. All have different approaches to consuming, but I understand you’ll find several that you’ll appreciate or of course, a few for some friends/family who love cooking and baking.

You have the opportunity to very own these publication for the others you will ever have, to pass them down and share with others. You can wear it a shelf and come back to it again and again. Her blog page is my head to resource for lightened up meals and I couldn’t help but purchase her cookbook immediately when it hit the shelves. I was so impressed from the layout and options for vegetarian and gluten free of charge items. Best however, Gina includes nutritional information as well as the photos are stunning. You guys are going to love her lightened up pancake recipes!
