This Wellness Wednesday post is a bit simpler as I’m traveling this week to some Health and Wellness Retreat in Hilton Head, South Carolina. I wanted to have a step back and give out a few of my biggest healthful cooking resources as I know the holidays are coming up and it will be gift offering time. All of the cookbooks below have inspired me to eat healthier and think about food in new forms. All have different approaches to consuming, but I understand you’ll find several that you’ll appreciate or of course, a few for some friends/family who love cooking and baking.
Andddddd if you’re wanting to know if cookbooks are worthy of the purchase, the answer is YES! You have the opportunity to very own these publication for the others you will ever have, to pass them down and share with others. You can wear it a shelf and come back to it again and again. Therefore… right here we go!
by Gina Homolka. Another blogger turned cookbook author, Gina from SkinnyTaste is a lightened-up food genius. Her blog page is my head to resource for lightened up meals and I couldn’t help but purchase her cookbook immediately when it hit the shelves. I was so impressed from the layout and options for vegetarian and gluten free of charge items. Best however, Gina includes nutritional information as well as the photos are stunning. You guys are going to love her lightened up pancake recipes!
by Danielle Walker. This is the very first paleo cookbook which i purchased. In all honesty, I’m not paleo myself but I’ve always wanted to make some paleo foods and treats merely to experiment. This cookbook hasn’t failed me; the dishes are simple, beautiful and deliciously healthy. It’s ideal for gluten free people, too! Browse the Against All Grain blog to get more tasty paleo formulas!
by Megan Gordan. If you are looking to develop some delicious quality recipes for the morning hours using whole grains, then you want this reserve in your daily life! I think this would be a great gift for any Mom who wants to bake or who’s experimenting with food for her kids. LOVE the pancakes (in fact obsessed).
by Gaby Dalkin. Which means you like avocados? Me too! Gaby from What’s Gaby Cooking food arrived with this
bundt cake
publication last year and not just is it gorgeous but incredibly relaxing and unique. Plus, avocados are healthy so essentially this cookbook is normally everything.
by Julie Morris. Tony got this reserve for his sister this past year and I experienced the opportunity to web page through it; honestly it is the most delicious smoothie publication on earth. There are a great number of ingredients that you’d probably have to unique order off of Amazon or check out Entire Foods, but trust me when I state it’s worthwhile!
