You would believe in the digital age cookbooks would have gone completely away from style, but that doesn’t appear to be the situation. There’s something about keeping that book full of cherished meals in the hands; to get crumbs and grease spots over the webpages. Cookbooks can easily become your go-to cooking resource for whenever your party planning, impressing a day or just baking up something sweet.
This Wellness Wednesday post is a little bit simpler as I’m traveling this week to a Health and Wellness Retreat in Hilton Head, South Carolina. I wanted to have a step back and give out some of my biggest healthy cooking resources as I know the holiday season are approaching and it’ll be gift offering time. Every one of the cookbooks below possess inspired me to eat healthier and think about food in new forms. All have different approaches to consuming, but I understand you’ll find several that you’ll appreciate or needless to say, a few for a few friends/family members who love cooking and baking.

Her blog page is my go to resource for lightened up foods and I couldn’t help but buy her cookbook instantly when it strike the shelves. I was so impressed with the design and choices for vegetarian and gluten free items. Best yet, Gina includes dietary information as well as the photos are amazing. You guys are going to like her lightened up pancake meals!
