You would think that in the digital age cookbooks would have gone completely out of style, but it doesn’t seem to be the case. There’s something about holding that book filled with cherished dishes in your hands; to get crumbs and grease staining over the webpages. Cookbooks can easily become your go-to cooking resource for whenever your party setting up, impressing a date or just baking up something sugary.
This Wellness Wednesday post is a little bit simpler as I’m traveling this week to a Health and fitness Retreat in Hilton Head, South Carolina.

All of the cookbooks below have inspired me to consume healthier and consider food in fresh forms. All have different approaches to consuming, but I understand you’ll find several that you’ll enjoy or needless to say, a few for a few friends/family who love cooking and baking.
Andddddd if you’re questioning if cookbooks are well worth the purchase, the answer is YES! You have the chance to personal these book for the others you will ever have, to pass them down and share with others. You can wear it a shelf and come back to it again and again. Therefore… here we go!

Her blog page is my head to reference for lightened up meals and I couldn’t help but purchase her cookbook immediately when it hit the shelves. I used to be so impressed by the layout and choices for vegetarian and gluten free items. Best however, Gina includes dietary information as well as the photos are stunning. You guys will love her lightened up pancake formulas!
