This Wellness Wednesday post is a bit simpler as I’m traveling this week to a Health and Wellness Retreat in Hilton Mind, South Carolina. I wanted to have a stage back and give out some of my biggest healthful cooking assets as I know the holiday season are approaching and it’ll be gift providing time. All of the cookbooks below possess inspired me to consume healthier and think about food in fresh forms. All have different approaches to consuming, but I know you’ll find several that you’ll enjoy or of course, a few for a few friends/family who love cooking and baking.

Her blog is my go to reference for lightened up foods and I couldn’t help but purchase her cookbook instantly when it strike the shelves. I had been so impressed from the design and choices for vegetarian and gluten free of charge items. Best yet, Gina includes dietary information as well as the photos are stunning. You guys are going to like her lightened up pancake recipes!

There are a lot of ingredients that you’d probably have to unique order off of Amazon or check out Whole Foods, but trust me when I state it’s worth it!
