There is nothing better giving ourselves a treat, time for it to relax and give our feet the utmost care they deserve. Besides, they carry our weight even as carry our daily tasks. They also deserve to be spoilt every now and then.
One thing our feet love probably the most is going for a foot spa. You can check out spa centers or you can do foot spa in your own home. You don’t need expensive foot spa products; you just need to the proper product that will not irritate your skin.
Here’s how:
1. Soak you in lukewarm water for around fifteen minutes. This is the time which you could just settle back and relax. You can work with a basin just enough your feet can match. While the feet is soaked in water, read magazines and newspapers as well as watch TV while for now. It’s like giving your sweet tooth a goody occasionally.
2. Exfoliate your epidermis and scrub off calluses. As soon as feet became soft with lukewarm water, you can make use of a pumice stone to exfoliate to scrub down dead skin. You can also use a foot scrub. It depends on the choice which can be at ease with you.
3. Clip and moisturize them. After getting gone old skin debris, work on your toenails. Use a nail clipper meant for you. Use a nail file to shape them after cutting the additional length. 4. Paint them. This is optional for guys though. For ladies, select a nail polish that would complement the color of your epidermis.
